i would use the repository descriptors, namely
javax.jcr.Repository#REP_NAME_DESC.
the value exposed by the oak repo is "Apache Jackrabbit Oak" and we should
probably expose that in a constant somewhere (e.g.
o.a.j.oak.api.Descriptors), so you
don't have to hard code it in your check.
