OAK-12089: correct two stale README claims (fixed concurrency race, traversal
method names)

Both were introduced by earlier tasks on this branch and left stale:

- The IndexSearcherHolder.getFacetReaderState() vs close() race bullet cited
  LuceneNgIndexNode.close(), a method Task A1 (dd7c5f6921) removed. Teardown now
runs through IndexNodeManager's lock protocol, which holds the write lock
until
every acquire()-holder has released, so the described race can no longer
occur.
Deleted the bullet; kept the still-accurate putIfAbsent-vs-computeIfAbsent
bullet
  and the Concurrency heading.

- The "Ancestor write amplification" bullet cited LuceneNgIndexEditor.enter()/
indexNode(), methods Task B4 (bc20f7536f) removed when the editor collapsed
onto
the shared FulltextIndexEditor. Read FulltextIndexEditor's traversal: unlike
the
old bespoke enter() (which called indexNode() unconditionally for every node
passing the path filter), leave() now gates the actual document write behind
  propertiesChanged / node-added / rule-transition, so an ancestor with
unchanged
properties is visited but no longer re-indexed. The limitation is gone, not
relocated, so the bullet is deleted rather than reworded.
