Rewritten against Lucene 9's Directory API where it diverges from legacy's Lucene 4.7 (fileExists removed, copy direction reversed via copyFrom). Read-only: CopyOnWrite and NRT remain out of scope. Configurable per-index via new LuceneNgIndexProviderService OSGi properties (enableCopyOnReadSupport, localIndexDir, prefetchIndexFiles), defaulting to enabled.
