+1 support for adoption. This draft is useful for PCP third party authorization 
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-wing-pcp-third-party-authz-03, where PCP 
server in the Enterprise network (Resource server) and WebRTC server 
(Authorization server) are in different administrative domains. PCP third party 
authorization is using handle token and need a standard communication mechanism 
b/w RS and AS to validate token. RS and AS are provided by different vendors 
and need interoperability.
