Dalam kasus nickel, tidak seperti tin/timah atau kebanyakan commodity lain In stainless steel production, dimana nickel banyak di konsumsi, nickel content itu sangat rendah. technically, memang semakin tinggi nilai content stainless steel, semakin clear dan semakin tahan terhadap corrosive factor. Tetapi content nickel sangat kecil sehingga kenaikan harga nickel kurang dirasakan. dan kalau timah, pakai untuk solder itu consentrasinya tinggi sekali, tetapi secara general produk yang menggunakan nilai content timah yang sangat tinggi (>>30%) itu sangat jarang.
