He actually did return on sun at 9am and i contacted Sgt Luzipo who was on
vehicle patrol duty to question him.
unfortunately i communicated the entire situation via cell, as i had to be
at my place of work, but judging from listening to Luzipo, my tenant and
lastly Abdul, there were too many unanswered questions and the
circumstantial evidence pointed to him having probably stolen the goods.

no evidence means no arrest, but he was instructed to abstain from entering
my grounds uninvited.

his description was circulated by me on sat, but if there are any doubts or
other queries, please request more details and i shall be happy to supply
it.he walks around and offers handy work or gardening work and provides his
own tools. please be careful when negotiating whether to allow him into your
property.

thank you, Biddy for voicing my initial suspicion that he could possibly be
guilty, as he had stolen before.

Oh Abdul!
We know him from AGES ago - it certainly sounds like the same one -
maybe 10 years ago or more. He did some good odd jobs for us and then
probably stole a ladder and definitely stole an electric saw (one for
cutting branches) - I forget all the details now. We didn't see him
for years and years, but a year or two ago I saw he was back in Obs,
now practising Islam (judging by his non-cowboy headgear).

There was one time when he came (after the saw had gone) asking for
more work and I said "Are you mad? - after taking our saw?!!" - and he
didn't argue.

I seem to remember that we had the same reaction as Johnny, viz that
he'd have earned a lot more going on doing jobs for us than he'd have
got for the saw...

Biddy.
