To everyone else, if your alarm doesn't go off and ADT calls you asking for your password, it's probably best to just tell them to send the Armed Response. PS. ADT, if you're out there, it would be REALLY good if you could get your call center to identify itself with Caller ID so that those of us with cell phones can see your number when you call... I've ignored private calls reporting alarm activations twice now while in meetings... This would also add as an additional way to identify whether it really is ADT when they call.
