I had a faulty sensor in one of the zones which set the alarm off periodically and ADT called me all hours of the night to report a triggered alarm, which was the correct procedure to follow, but on my cell it displayed a private no. each time they called. when I requested them to ID themselves when phoning, their reply was that telkom set it that way and that it could not be rectified by them. Personally I don't believe that, especially with today's technology so if anybody out there have more knowledge regarding this, please let me know.
