First of all he cannot take action against the Board. He has no grounds at
all.

Secondly if the Community Police Forum is in favour of the Application his
objection is even weaker.

He can object, of course, it happens all the time. But if he is the only
objector his objection will most likely fail. His grounds of objection seem
to be parking. This is unusual.

If I were you I wouldn't get involved.

His second line is based on the fact that I mentioned that it has been said
that Piedt thought there would be no problem. I am not sure if the CPF are
in favour or not for this application as I have seen no comment in this
regard..
