MO seems fairly consistent with a locksmith or similarly skilled crook, since the locks weren't obviously mutilated like they might be if someone went at them with a screwdriver and a strong arm... My vehicle seemed untouched, but I suppose it's possible that he opened it and checked it out without leaving any detectable sign...
