It occurs to me that the scooter that was stolen from Scott Rd was always
locked.  So I'm now wondering if that lock was also picked so as to whip the
scooter.....?

When we have 2-way radios up and running again who of you out there is
willing to do an all-night stretch either this FRI or SAT  ? ? ?
