Thanks Annemarie. Matthew Jellen (the VS manager) is also a member of this group and he gets these postings. I am sure he will take it up and I will raise it when next we meet. Maintaining discipline and standards is an endless and thankless task, but vevertheless please all of you continue to report such lapses. Brian
