Wednesday morning I noticed that 2 gentlemen had taken up residence in the garden opposite the library. I was reluctant to phone VS as it was far from an emergency. I decided to stand outside the library in the hopes of seeing a VS guard. In *less* than 3 minutes, there was a patrol vehicle and a bicycle patroller in the area. The sleeping beauties were on their way in no time. Thanks VS.
