The door of the car opened slightly and then shut again and he drove off. I turned into Willow Road to find him a little way along parked at the entrance to the bowling club facing me. When I got closer, I saw that he was making a weird movement. I walked past the car and both his windows were down, he had clothes on the top half of his body, but nothing from below the waste and he was masturbating while looking straight at me. This has happened to a few ladies that live in my complex. He targets ladies walking alone from the station in the evenings. On Tuesday evening I saw him drive past the station in Milner Road, obviously looking for his next victim. His registration number is CA 794-867; a coloured man in his late twenties to early thirties. I called Vetus Schola to give them the description and the story.
