Blah Blah Blah I am afraid - the following sums it up all quite nicely I heard a sound bite on the radio (as I was in the chemist buying something for the weekend) and Field Marshall Nathi Mthethwa spewed forth the following:
"Murder (as in the stats) is important - because we can't cheat on that one" Now this is interesting indeed - I can only infer that they do cheat on the rest of the stats because they can! So did murder really go down and do we believe the good Field Marshall?
