I too received the letter from Premier Security yesterday. I am glad that they are keeping the existing VS staff within the area, but I'm also glad that they finally took over OAR after all the problems the people have had in the past with OAR. However, I'm also a bit concerned should they keep the OAR staff, especially after the incident between an OAR staff member and resident. I checked on the web now, and Premier Security is based in the Southern Suburbs and commenced operation in 2000. They basically cover the area along the M3 from Marina da Gama to Belle Constantia and Meadowridge. I'm just wondering if my existing contract is becomign null and void now, and if the prices will stay the same or what is happening with my existing contract.
I will gladly continue with Premier Security, if the levels of service is as per the existing levels which were very good.
