Well done Jonah - I like this idea.
I am also quite prepared to put in extra money to OBSID to employ more 
patrollers - I believe both camera's and patrollers are important, but
understand that people walking the beat are good deterrent.  Could someone at 
OBSID come up with some scheme whereby people could pledge more money for more 
patrollers - perhaps if a particular road contributed for a patroller in that 
road or block?  
Let's keep the momentum going people - feeling more optimistic about my 'hood' 
by the day!!
