There was a scumbag named Jacques who I have it on good authority was
involved in that spate. He is a white dude blondish hair tall drug
addict and conman. He moved out from across the road about 2 months ago.

mainly from the red block (your area from Station Rd up to Rochester

I managed to stop an attempt to steal a scooter from inside my

backpack, spanners and other tools, attempting to unbolt security

"he" had asked him to help "fix" the scooter. The scooter belongs
to a she, so I knew he was bs'ing me.. As I said, went to get
phone and remote and he was gone..
Thoughts on this; he must have help standing by somewhere to come
fetch the bike? No helmet so suspicious to push it down the road?
I'm presuming he had a taxi or a bakkie on call somewhere.. The
guys next door have since secured the scooter with a big segmented
steel cable.
Anyone else seen something like this? Stan?
