We should start planning the next FY budget now, really. And for the SIG, you could just pick a number, and break it down a little to justify it. For the OSGeo OCeania budget it only needs to be a single line for the QGIS SIG, and if the budget is approved, then I can just reimburse immediately without us needing to go through approving each one!
