*MUST HAVE HEALTH CARE / HEALTH INSURANCE INDUSTRY AND DB EXPERIENCE (MEDICAID / MEDICARE / HIPAA EXPERIENCE) * *Oracle PL/SQL Programmer/Analyst:* --Develop Oracle stored procedures and packages, functions, tables, views, triggers, jobs, database links and other objects and code to support and enable applications. --Work with management, application developers and other staff to ensure that HIPAA standards are met with respect to testing for system vulnerabilities and implementing procedures and technical safeguards. --Function as the primary programming staff for the Data Mart. Functions will include SQL and PL/SQL programming; some web development using JAVA or a TOMCAT platform; and experience with system administration task. Terra Data experience is preferred. *Required:* --The equivalent of four (4) or more years of full time experience with Oracles version of SQL (Structured Query Language) and PL/SQL (Procedural Language/SQL), Plus, and SQL Worksheet. --The equivalent of three (3) or more years of full time experience in a project involving databases of health care claims and/or health care eligibility data and/or other highly confidential data in a government agency or a company involved in the administration, implementation or operation of a health care program, such as Mediciad, Medicare or a thire party health insurance company. --The equivalent of two (2) or more years full time experience with Oracles databases in the multi-terabyte range.
