Position:    IT Technical Support Staff – BMC Magic and BMC Remedy

Duration:    6 – 12 months

Location:   Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate:  Open (Best Competitive Rate)



*Required Skills:*

•  Experience using BMC Magic/Service Desk Express Incident and Asset
Management modules in daily work

•  Extensive technical knowledge and experience with BMC Magic/Service Desk

•  Express (SDE) application – all modules for Version 8.x and 9.x –
installation, support, and maintenance

•  BMC Magic/SDE Incident and Asset Management module hands on technical
support experience

•  Experience creating and using Crystal Reports specific to BMC
Magic/Service Desk and BMC Remedy

•  Experience in the use of the Magic API (Version 8.x) and the SDE
Integration Engine (Version 9.x)

•  Experience in the design, implementation and customization of Category
Tree (Support Subject Module)

•  Experience supporting BMC Magic data base

•  Experience supporting a migration from BMC Magic to BMC Remedy –
application and data

•  Experience using BMC Remedy Incident module in daily work; experience
using Asset, Change, Configuration and other Management modules

•  Senior (advanced) level technical knowledge, experience and
responsibility with BMC Remedy 7.0 and 7.5 - all modules for Version 7.0 and
7.5 – installation, support, and maintenance

•  Experience creating and using Crystal Reports specific to BMC
Magic/Service Desk and BMC Remedy

•  Experience creating and supporting customizations for BMC Remedy;

•  Experience designing and supporting BMC Remedy Configuration/data base

•  Extensive experience providing BMC Magic and BMC Remedy support for
customers

•  Experience with establishing self service modules and tasks for BMC
Remedy
