Works fine for me in my MSVC-compiled version. It may mean that the java
package hasn't been built properly. The first thing I'd check is the
symbols that
are exported by __java__.oct. You can use the dependency walker tool for that
(see http://www.dependencywalker.com/). There should be a symbol called
_Java_org_octave_Octave_call@20
