CONFIG_SITE is automatically defined:
%> grep SITE tmp/work/net-snmp-5.1.2-r1/temp/run.do_configure.4353
export CONFIG_SITE="/data/oe/org.openembedded.dev/site/sh4-linux"
You need to make sure the site file you are using defines either
ac_cv_c_bigendian or ac_cv_c_littleendian and it should work fine. Quite a few
things don't work if these are not definied properly.
