Yiew bewt (Aussie accent implied <g>).  Copying Metabase.bin 
has been done, of course, but I'm paranoid that more is needed, 
because I know how much time (setup and testing) has gone into 
getting it to where it is now. And we have about five hours before I 
must take the drive out of the machine to either take it to the US 
to install on the server, or throw it in the bin...

For sure. I fear having to go that way because on one occasion 
we did have a backup, but just couldn't get IIS to "take" it after a 
reinstall.
