(Excuse me if these already work in D5)

For tool tip expressions to work on variables/references inside "WITH"
statements that are prefixed by the variable reference in the WITH
expression.

The debug Evaluate/Modify to have a short cut key and be a floating/dockable
window, and when activated with the shortcut key to display the expression
under the cursor - just like the Ctrl-F5 does for the watch window.

The debug Evaluate/Modify to also have the ability to add the current
expression to the watch window.
