The subject line states "getting a Domain" others have answered about web
hosting services but if you want a domain name, Gandi
(http://www.gandi.net/) can register a domain name (.com or .net) for 12
Euro Dollars per year (about NZ$25) and store it on their server for free.
They will also direct traffic to a nominated site so if you have free pages
like www.myisp.co.nz/webpages/yourname then users going to
www.yourdomain.com will load your web page instead - free.
It's one hellavalot cheaper than domainz and provides more. Can't do the
.co.nz domain though, those still have to go through Domainz.
