Just on the Slashdot thing, if you read some of the comments, you'd think that Borland were the biggest bunch of b*stards in the world. Fancy actually trying to make a buck in the Linux world.... There also seems to be a dislike of OP too. These "c"nophiles think that if software isn't written in gcc and emacs then it is a bad thing. I my opinion, it is because of these types that Linux is struggling to gain a mainstream presence. It is true to say it is because of the propeller heads that there is a Linux, but surely the more software available for Linux the better. GPL or otherwise. -----Original Message----- From: Peter Harrison [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, 26 July 2001 09:37 To: Multiple recipients of list delphi Subject: [DUG]: Kylix now Free for Open Source Projects Hi Guys, Just saw this today on Slashdot: <SNIP>... --------------------------------------------------------------------------- New Zealand Delphi Users group - Offtopic List - [EMAIL PROTECTED] Website: http://www.delphi.org.nz To UnSub, send email to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] with body of "unsubscribe offtopic" Web Archive at: http://www.mail-archive.com/offtopic%40delphi.org.nz/
