 Topic:
The contract with the customer. We will discuss the understandings we need
with our customers. These may be put into Service Agreements for internal
 customers
or contracts with external customers. The discussion will also cover the
 roles in the team.

From this discussion we hope to prepare some model documents. Hesketh
Henry,
a prominent law firm, will attend and use this session to gather material
and try you for ideas which they will incorporate into their session at the
 Kent Beck seminar.

If you see yourself as a technical person rather than having a customer
liaison role I request you attend so you can clearly express what works for
 you and what
 does not.

Please reply to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if you will be attending this next
meeting so we can estimate catering needs.
