Some Emp. agencies do the same thing. I have fallen into that trap. It was BLOODY anoying !

Yeah, I'm pretty darn sure that this is actually illegal for an agency. Should look it up before saying that but...
But they aren't under any obligation to tell you who a job eventually goes to, so its easy enough to get away with.
