Did you open the ports in both the windows firewall (whatever is running)
and on the router?

Depending on manufacturer . .  (80 may have been assumed in the defaults)

Check router documentation for http:// login and control panel for assigning
addresses (I think in the NAT table) for calls to go to the box on the ports
wanted on the windows box where Filezilla is.
