I'd utilise those aspects of the RUP that were applicable to the task at hand. I'd break my developers up into synergistic, can-do teams, each lead by a Team Leader, who would provide Technical Vision. The teams would keep in touch with Stand Up Meetings, and I'd track their progress with Car Park charts. I'd harness the flexibility of an OO Domain Model while leveraging the time-to-market of RAD...
