I'm fine with that - given that I can get buy-in from the rest
of the OGB on specifying the date. Right now it is
Feb 15 2010 (0:00hrs). I'd rather say: Feb 14 2010 23:59
(time zone is specified on the election calendar, but I should
spell it out in the email), than the 0:00hrs.
I am concerned, though, with the deadline being on a
Sunday night of a US holiday weekend.
