Jim, Can you elaborate on this? Are you saying that, - because of schedule changes, you have time to implement what we asked for, or that - because of schedule changes, you do not have time to implement what we asked for, so you will only implement a the smallest part of what we asked for, or that - because you believe that what we asked for isn't in agreement with the constitution you will only implement the part you believe is in alignment? -John
