Vincent, It has been noted by the OGB and others that the proposed new OpenSolaris Constitution contains some clauses that are not in full agreement with the current Charter. Please can you confirm whether Sun would be willing to permit these changes to be made on the condition that the incoming OGB provide an updated charter, acceptable to Sun and the Community, within 3 months of election?
If Sun will agree to this, the OGB believes we are clear to put the new, simplified Constitution to the vote. Thanks Simon
