The bugzilla stuff has some good points - and some bad ones. on the con side for me is that it is hard to aggregate the content and reuse it elsewhere. Wiki categories and transclusion make it easy to have one copy of the truth that is automatically kept up to date; the con to wikis is that they don't capture the discussion train unless everyone uses the "talk" page for that purpose. OTOH, it works for wikipedia... Lets keep talking - bugzilla and wiki are both so-so solutions, we should be able to do better. Just don't let perfection get in the way of 'good enough'... -John
