Actually neither am I, John :-)

My concern was that if I just randomly add stuff to the agenda,  
there's nowhere to log my rationale behind it or to conduct the  
preliminary discussion. In addition, having to add to the agenda as  
the first step means I have to fully formed proposal as the first  
step. Finally, it means there's no "queue" of business going forward -  
everything is just on the agenda.

Each of these make me want to have a ticket system as the first step.  
And since I don't want to wait for perfection before that starts, I'd  
still like to use Bugzilla.
