2 hours sounds like a good start. Most of all though, I think we need to be meeting every week at the same time, so we don't get into the habit of not knowing whether we have a meeting or not. Even if we have no formal items to discuss, we can kick up our feet and just randomly talk. I'd also like to propose that we keep open #opensolaris-meeting, so we can use it for back channel discussion during the board meetings. Glynn
