Maybe not.  I'm pretty sure it's legally OK to call Solaris Unix, and  
OpenSolaris is Solaris.  Obviously a lawyer's opinion is required, but  
I think it's worth seeking.

It pisses me off that for a huge number of years, the only software  
you could use that had the name "Unix" came from the SCO scum... I  
would *love* it if we could use the name.
