I think the OGB could put this on the ballot in the same capacity as
the "priority opinion poll" from last year - a way to gauge the opinion
of the community without having a binding issue.
Given that we have over 360 registered voters, but maybe 10% of that
taking part in these discussions, it's hard to say what the community
as a whole believes should be done.
