Understood, and agreed. The solution for this is being worked on
- getting the code repositories to a state that non-Sun-employees
can be given commit access (this involves both putting them outside
the firewall & getting tools like WebRTI & the bug db outside the
firewall), so that we're not dependent on Sun managers allocating
employee time to handling requests. I don't know of anything else
we can do to fix this until that happens - do you?
