Did we formally invite Stephen to take on this role again? I assume he's
monitoring the lists? If swamped, I'll nominate myself for this role.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this? I've been thinking about it a bit, but
it's hard to know where to start - figure out the problems we are trying to
solve first? put some process in place for new projects/communities before we
figure out the existing ones?
