Yeah, a working group sounds like a good idea, though that's exactly what
happened last year. We've obviously learned from last year's experiences though,
and I'm sure it'll be a rocking success.

If we're looking to have an OGB representative on that group, I'm happy to be
involved.

As an aside, I don't think we need to restrict ourselves to governance only
discussions (at least in my interpretation of what governance is). I'd like us
to be a little more forward thinking, using common sense to figure out how best
to encourage the growth and well being of the community. There's absolutely no
reason that can't come from the membership itself (or board representatives
acting as members), but I think the board should at least be in part responsible
for seeing opportunities (strategic or otherwise) and pursuing them.
