Well, that's why it's better for such conversation to occur on a private list to which all OGB members are subscribed and which is archived for reference of future OGB members. Without such a list, these inevitable conversations will happen 1:1, out of sight of the full OGB and beyond recall by future Board members. Starry-eyed idealists cringe and whine in these cases, but this is one where we have to opt for the "least worst" because there is no unflawed option. S.
