I had volunteered as well, however, the greater question is when will the volunteers get notified of who, and when they can participate in this capacity. I think there is a lot of discussion on how to do something rather than letting the volunteers figure it out on the their own once they are commissioned to do it.
Get us involved. The other thread here about Projects is just too damn long to read or catch up on. Maybe it would be more appropriate to use the Sun JES Instant Messaging tool for these small short blurbs, in a recorded chat room, and leave the emails for easily followed threads of continuous information.
