If you mean they can't use the word at all, then you had better ask
every other distribution to stop using it as well. If you are only
talking about usage of the name without a qualifier (such as
"OpenSolaris Indiana" as many people suggested earlier) that's
different. Please clarify as to what exactly you mean by this
statement.
