Since this wasn't mentioned in Keith's mail and I feel the need to comment on,
I've formally abstained from this, and was not involved in any discussions
around this document [1].
Any discussion on the various lists will be my personal opinion only.

2000+ mails on various lists, partly because of my conflict of interest
