If we accept Roy's reading of the constitution, this is the same as the Go/No-Go
vote that was held internally before deciding to release, similar to the one
held for every milestone release of Solaris (including SXDE, but not CE), you'd
just hold it on a opensolaris.org mailing list instead.

Three people sending +1's doesn't seem to take that much time - if it's too much
burden, then propose a constitutional amendment to make it a single +1 from the
project's benevolent dictator.
