Sorry, I should have been clearer. Contribution review isn't a problem; I wholeheartedly support that. The main problem is that some projects have processes that (apparently) can only be performed by Sun folks which brings us back to resource limitations. We all know that b.o.o is a joke and that I have no problem with the SCA, I signed one, it was a one time thing and not that big of a deal.
