I have yet to find a reliable way of recording the meetings, so that's why the
coverage has been patchy. As Steve commented, I send to ogb-private to see if
it's a fair reflection of what we discussed, and then send publicly. In the
private meeting the OGB had with Bill Franklin (I unfortunately sent my
regrets), the meetings were posted privately and may never be public.
