Simply noting that such-and-such has verified that the publically 
available minutes at (URL) are accurate and complete is sufficient.

I had believed that Dr. Stephen Hahn was acting as board secretary; is 
this to suggest that Glynn Foster has taken over that role?

The manner in which it occurs is at the sole discretion of the OGB 
Chair; my stated requirement was no more than 30 days.
